1. ‘CricKatha’ intends to have subscriptions from all around the globe. However, the original
jurisdiction lies with the Shivajinagar court Pune, India in case of any litigation.
2. The subscription will be obtained via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and other electronic means
of payment. Subscription is a nominal approach to manage the honorariums of respected
authors / writers / bloggers if any and to cope up with little administrative expenses however
there is no commercial gaining objective / aspect out of this venture. CricKatha reserves the
right to adjust/ alter subscription and advertising charges in our sole discretion at anytime
without any notice.
3. The core and fundamental objective of ‘CricKatha’ is only to promote Cricket sport and
would appreciate to take holistic approach to create sports awareness amongst the youth
through this edition. The emphasis is upon gathering of information on cricket through
cricket lovers which will throw some light on future, scope and other career opportunities
embedded in overall Cricket sport for the new entrants.
4. ‘CricKatha’ is seeking for basic information from our readers such as Name, Email
Address, Phone Number and City/Country only for the accounts and research purposes.
This information is not intended for any commercial activity but will be used to create and
build cricket community.
5. Shree Manasvi Creations / CricKatha holds all the legal rights of creativity, publicity,
publishing and subscribing in both online and offline versions if any regarding all the content
of this Diwali edition.
6. The views expressed by the content writers / columnists / bloggers / advertisers in
‘CricKatha’ are purely of their own and we may not agree to their views and CricKatha does
not take any responsibility about the authenticity/veracity of the contents. We do not
endorse or verify any content and material posted by users.
7. Sole subscription is non -transferable and it is accessible only to the registered email
address. Subscriber will have to use their email address as sign up with system. The digital
magazine is available for reading only on our website – www.crickatha.com and is readable
on tabloid.
8. The ‘CricKatha’ Diwali edition 2022 will be available for the users to access for a
limited period decided by CricKatha team.
9. The subscription once paid shall not be cancelled or refunded.
10. The core contents / pictures / logos / trademarks if any of CricKatha is protected as per
the provisions of The Indian Copyright Act 1957. Any unauthorized use of any part/ whole
from the CricKatha’ magazine without the written permission of ‘CricKatha’ attracts various
legal provisions for infringement of the intellectual property and would be liable with penalty
or punishment and both. The ‘CricKatha’ reserves the right to discontinue the access
without notice to the user in case of any infringement is evident.
11. ‘CricKatha’ enjoys the sole and absolute rights to modify the terms and conditions at
anytime without notice.
